Landwey @ 2: More than 2 reasons to be thankful

So, what is there to celebrate about being in the real estate space and playing a very dynamic role, centre stage for 2 years?

Manifold reasons…

It’s all too easy for anyone to pop out of nowhere, and lay claims to being an entrepreneur and efficacious business person at that. The social media space on the thrust of the millennial age, is brewing and replete with tons of entrepreneurs blasting trumpets, and doing diligent work, in all fairness.

However, it takes a certain “grit” …power force, tenacity, strength of character, resilience, dedication and “for the love of customer” to enter totally uncharted waters, brave the unknown, and take no prisoners. To take on a task as phenomenal as serving as a catalyst for a paradigm shift in the face, domain, and business of real estate, giving people a re-think about an industry formerly plagued by black, soot-like doubts of negatives – bureaucracy, blinding paperwork stresses, absolute mediocrity, losses from fraudulent, wishy-washy investments, to creating a new veneer and inner depth of integrity, of deliverables, of cutting the bureaucracy, of making land investment take on such a likeable, easy-breezy appeal, in a space of less than 2 years, These are the reasons we’re thankful.

We do not take such results for granted. Neither can we take all the credit for it. We’re here because teeming Nigerians took a chance, on us. And as such, we knew we couldn’t afford to fail. The dice was cast at a delicate time where if we did it wrong, a never-ending chain of murky waters real estate wise would continue and stay the order of the day.

And so, we’re thankful, for the love, the trust conferred, the loyalty, the relationships built with clientele in these oh so tasking but eventful years. And we look forward to even more prosperous, delightful relationships in 2019. Relationships built on delivering promises, and creating home, and investment dreams that are absolutely mind-blowing, but that carry our clients at the heart of it all.

Yes, we’re immensely thankful. What are you thankful for? Hit us up in the comment section.
